Returns Policy
At JMI Pump Systems, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible to return your item(s) under the following terms and conditions:
General Return Guidelines
- Pre-Authorization Required: All returns must be pre-authorized. To initiate a return, please email us at inquiry@jmipumps.com or by phone at 262-253-1353 to obtain a Return Authorization (RGA) number. Returns without an RGA number will not be accepted.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for prepaying all freight charges associated with returning the product. Returns sent without prepaid freight will be refused.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from the refund amount for all returned items.
- Condition of Returned Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. Items that are damaged, used, or not in resaleable condition will not be eligible for a refund.
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Items marked as final sale.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items that have been used, installed, or altered.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
