Returns Policy

At JMI Pump Systems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following terms:

1. Pre-Authorization Required
 All returns must be pre-authorized. To initiate a return, please email us at inquiry@jmipumps.com or call (262) 253-1353 to obtain a Return Authorization (RGA) number. Returns without an RGA number will not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility
 Returns are accepted for items in unused condition and in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

3. Time Frame
 Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.

4. Restocking Fee
 A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for items returned without defects or quality issues.

5. Return Shipping
 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For warranty-covered items, return shipping will be refunded if the claim is approved.

6. Non-Returnable Items
 The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items that have been used, installed, or altered.

  • Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original packaging, making them unsuitable for resale.

  • Items damaged during shipping — claims must be reported directly to the shipping carrier.

7. Refunds
 Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method. If a product is replaced under warranty, shipping for the replacement will be provided at no additional cost.

8. Damaged or Defective Items
 For defective products covered under warranty, please contact us at inquiry@jmipumps.com or (262) 253-1353. We will repair, replace, or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
