JMI Pump Systems Warranty & Return Policy

At JMI Pump Systems, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. To ensure your satisfaction and maintain transparency, we offer the following warranty and return coverage.
Warranty Coverage
All products purchased from JMI Pump Systems include a 12-month limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation.

Faulty materials or workmanship
What’s Not Covered

Damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper installation

Normal wear and tear

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality

Damage incurred during shipping (claims must be filed directly with the carrier)

Products not purchased directly from JMI Pump Systems

Products installed or used outside of intended specifications

Warranty claims submitted after the warranty period

Products transferred to a new owner (warranty is non-transferable)
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product qualifies for a warranty claim:

Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.

Photos or videos may be requested to help assess the claim.

We may request the product be returned for inspection and verification.

If approved, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.
Replacement, Refunds & Returns

If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Returns with no quality issues (e.g., incorrect order, change of mind) are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and received within 30 calendar days of delivery.

All returns must be pre-authorized and accompanied by a Return Authorization (RGA) number. Returns without an RGA will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs during warranty evaluation.

If the product is found to be covered under warranty, we will refund the return shipping fees and send the replacement product at no additional cost.
Limitation of Liability
JMI Pump Systems’ liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, including lost profits, downtime, or installation costs.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or inability to fulfill warranty obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions.
Policy Changes
JMI Pump Systems reserves the right to update or modify this Warranty & Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and apply to future purchases.
