At JMI Pump Systems, we are committed to processing and delivering your order efficiently and reliably. Please review the following Shipping Policy, which outlines our terms, conditions, and procedures related to shipping.

Shipping Terms

1. FOB Germantown, WI

All items are shipped FOB (Free on Board) Germantown, WI. This means ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment leaves our facility.

2. Freight Charges

Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

3. Freight Claims

Once your order has shipped, any claims for damage, loss, or delay in transit must be filed directly with the carrier. JMI Pump Systems does not assume responsibility for such claims and cannot guarantee resolution.

4. Shipment Method

We reserve the right to change the shipment method without advance notice to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

5. Shipping Area

We currently ship only within the continental United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations cannot be fulfilled.

Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within one (1) business day.

  • Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination.

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

  • JMI Pump Systems is not liable for delays caused by carriers or external events.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

 

 

 

Order Changes or Cancellations

To modify your shipping address or cancel an order:

  • Contact us immediately by phone at 262-253-1353.

  • Email requests (inquiry@jmipumps.com) are accepted but may result in delays.

  • Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.

Damaged Items

If your shipment arrives visibly damaged:

  • Refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

If damage is discovered after delivery:

  • Retain all packaging materials.

  • Contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

Special Instructions

If you have specific shipping requirements, include them at checkout or contact our team before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

  • The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.

  • Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the circumstances.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited or special shipping options may be available for an additional fee. Availability depends on carrier service and destination. Please contact our Customer Service team for details.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JMI Pump Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, errors, or lost packages.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
