At JMI Pump Systems, we are committed to ensuring your order is processed and shipped efficiently. Please review our shipping policy for details on our terms and conditions.

Shipping Terms
1.    FOB Germantown, WI
All items are shipped FOB (Free on Board) Germantown, WI. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the shipment leaves our facility.
2.    Freight Charges
Freight charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be prepaid at the time of checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.
3.    Freight Claims
Once the order has shipped, any claims related to damage, loss, or delay in transit must be filed directly with the carrier. JMI Pump Systems is not responsible for such claims.
4.    Shipment Method
JMI Pump Systems reserves the right to change the shipment method without advance notice to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
5.    Shipping Area
We ship only within the continental United States. Orders to addresses outside this area, including Alaska, Hawaii, and international locations, cannot be fulfilled.

Processing and Delivery
•    Orders are typically processed within one (1) business day.
•    Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination.
•    Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, such as holidays, weather, or carrier availability.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us immediately by phone at 262-253-1353. While we also accept requests via email at  inquiry@jmipumps.com, please note that email communication may result in delays. Changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.

Damaged Items
If your shipment arrives visibly damaged:
•    Refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
•    If damage is discovered after delivery, retain all packaging and contact the carrier to initiate a claim.

Special Instructions
If you have specific shipping requirements or instructions, include them at checkout or contact our team before placing your order.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Expedited Shipping
